Return & Exchange Policy


We charge your credit card only when we ship your order. All items are carefully and thoroughly inspected before shipping.

If an item is returned for exchange and replacement item is sold out, store credit will be issued into your account.

 

Return & Exchange Policies that apply on ALL orders:

  • For all returns, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. You MUST have a RETURN MERCHANDIZE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number before sending the item back.
  • We do NOT accept any shipments without a RMA number. RMA numbers can NOT be issued after 5 business days.
  • We will refuse to accept packages that do NOT have a RMA# on the outside of the box.
  • Please complete and print the MERCHANDISE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM for returns.
  • All returned dresses will be carefully inspected. Any sign of wear, any amount of smell, stain, pet hair, missing or sign of wear showing on tag will disqualify for exchange/store-credit, and will be returned at customers expense.
  • Headpieces & undergarments can not be returned.
  • Exchanged item can not be returned for exchange/refund.
  • Special Sale items / Clearance items are Final Sale, and they are not returnable.
  • Clearance and Sale Items can be exchanged to other items on clearance or sale.

     

     



     

Order Cancellation Policy

  • In your account on our website, If order status is showing "Queued" then you may cancel the order without any cancellation fee.
  • If the order status is showing "Processed", there will be 30% cancellation fee.
  • If item status is showing "Completed" then order can not be cancelled as the Item has already been shipped at this point.

 

Return / Refund Policy

  • We ONLY give out STORE CREDIT (valid for 18 months) for the price of the dress on all returns. Store credit will be in form of Reward Cash points in our system. Due to nature of the merchandise, none of the factories accept returns. It means, when you return a dress, we take a loss on it.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges for returns.
  • Shipping charges and rush fees are non-refundable.
  • We do NOT accept any shipments without a RMA number. RMA numbers can NOT be issued after 5 business days.
  • We will refuse to accept packages that do NOT have a RMA# on the outside of the box.
  • If a FREE SHIPPING coupon used, it only applies to "Ground Shipping" within the Continental US.
  • If an order is placed with FREE SHIPPING coupon and is returned, the full charge for ground shipping is applied.

 

Exchange Policy - for different size

  • To exchange for a different size (for same item and color), there will be a 15% restocking fee. you can only exchange ONCE.
  • Due to nature of the merchandise, none of the factories accept returns. It means, when you return a dress, we take a loss on it.
  • We do NOT accept any shipments without a RMA number. RMA numbers can NOT be issued after 5 business days.
  • We will refuse to accept packages that do NOT have a RMA# on the outside of the box.
     

 

Exchange Policy- for Different Color or Different Item

  • To exchange for a different item or different color, there will be a 20% restocking fee. you can only exchange ONCE.
  • Due to nature of the merchandise, none of the factories accept returns. It means, when you return a dress, we take a loss on it.
  • We do NOT accept any shipments without a RMA number. RMA numbers can NOT be issued after 5 business days.
  • We will refuse to accept packages that do NOT have a RMA# on the outside of the box.

     

Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#):

  • For all returns, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. You MUST have a RETURN MERCHANDIZE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number before sending the item back.
  • You must write the RMA# outside the box - below the return address.
  • We do NOT accept any shipments without a RMA number. RMA numbers can NOT be issued after 5 business days.
  • We will refuse to accept packages that do NOT have a RMA# on the outside of the box.
  • All items being returned must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving them. The receive date is determined by the tracking number for your package.

     

 

FREE SHIPPING Coupons:

  • If a FREE SHIPPING coupon used, it only applies to "Ground Shipping" within the Continental US.
  • If an order is placed with FREE SHIPPING coupon and is returned, the full charge for ground shipping is applied.


International customers:

  • We do our best to keep the customs duty charge to minimum.
  • Please note that shipper is not responsible for customs/duty fees. However, we will do our best to keep your shipping cost lowest as possible.
